Brett Favre has done it again. He's talked about whether he would ever play again the NFL.

Al Jones is a sports reporter for the Biloxi Sun Herald and has covered Favre since his high school days in Mississippi. The newspaper is composing a tribute book on Favre, so Jones met the with the quarterback to help write a foward.

During their conversation, Favre talked about a scenario where if Aaron Rodgers was injured during the season, and the Packers were in dire need of a QB, Favre would consider coming back to fill-in if asked.

Now Jim Rome ( weekdays, 11am - 2pm on1250 WSSP) is telling Packers fans coast - to - coast that Favre is not done yet as a player. 

Keep in mind as you read this...Brett talks. And talks. And talks.

The reality is the Packers will call him repeatedly over the years to appear in front of fans to say hello. But not to play.
