Just a fan, not really Hawk. You'd think I took this shot somewhere near Lambeau Field after the players were getting out of practice. Nope. This was taken just down the block from my home in western Racine County. It is not AJ Hawk. Just some fan already enamored with the Packers weak-side linebacker, heading into his third season in Green Bay. I'll let you know what his reaction is when I show him this, next time I get to Green Bay. - Mike |

If Brett Favre decided he wanted to return to the NFL, he could simply file some paper work with the NFL. Packers GM Ted Thompson would then have 24 hours to decide whether to put Favre back on the active roster, (then likely start working on a possible trade) or release him, allowing Favre become a free agent and get picked up by the team of his choice. Pro Football Talk.com reports league sources say Favre's agent is letting it be known his client has suggested the Carolina Panthers might be a team he would be interested in playing for, despite having no ties to Head Coach John Fox. |
